Why don't I see all of my schools?

If you don't see your school when you log in to AtoZ Connect, it means one of three things:

1. Your school has not loaded new data. This is likely if your student is new to the school. You can do a User Join Request to request a login. Once the school approves you, you will get access.

2. Your other account may have a different email address. Try doing a password reset and enter any addtional emails that your other school might have on file for you.

3. We don't work with your school. If you did a User Join Request and you don't find your school - that means they are not a client. Feel free to tell them to sign up for AtoZ Connect!
