Giving Teachers and Room Parents Digital Backpack Posting Access

Teachers and Room Parents can post important information and flyers to the Digital Backpack. 


Granting Access to Teachers

  1. From the menu bar, go to School Settings > Setup.
  2. Select Staff Settings.
  3. Check off Staff & Teacher Allow Email box to allow Teachers and Staff to send email and post to the Digital Backpack.
  4. Click Save.

Granting Access to Room Parents

  1. From the Menu bar, go to School Settings > Roles.
  2. Click on the edit button next to the Room Parent role.
  3. Check off the Can Email box to allow Room Parents to email and post to the Digital Backpack. 
  4. Click Save

That's it! Now Teachers and Room Parents can upload to Digital Backpack. Check out the Upload Article that walks them through uploading their first post!
